1. Nature of This AI System
Triangulum is an AI-powered advisory platform using Anthropic's Claude language models. The AI Advisors are Large Language Models (LLMs) — probabilistic text generation systems, not human experts. They do not possess professional qualifications, licenses, or certifications in law, medicine, finance, or any regulated field.
2. Limitations and Disclaimers
- Hallucination risk: AI models may generate plausible-sounding but factually incorrect information. All outputs must be independently verified.
- Knowledge cutoff: AI models have a training data cutoff date and may not reflect recent regulatory changes, market events, or legal updates.
- No professional advice: Nothing generated by this platform constitutes legal, medical, financial, investment, or regulatory advice. Consult qualified professionals for consequential decisions.
- Context limitations: AI responses are based solely on the conversation context provided and the knowledge base uploaded by your organisation. The AI has no access to real-time data unless explicitly provided.
- Bias and imperfection: AI models may reflect biases present in their training data. Outputs should be evaluated critically.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use this platform only for lawful, professional purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to manipulate, jailbreak, or override the AI's guidelines or safety measures
- Using AI outputs to deceive, defraud, or mislead third parties
- Submitting content that is illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or violates third-party rights
- Uploading documents containing personally identifiable information (PII) of third parties without their consent
- Using AI advisory outputs as a substitute for regulated professional services without independent validation
- Attempting to extract training data, reverse-engineer model weights, or compromise platform security
4. User Responsibilities
- Verify all outputs: You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and taking responsibility for any actions taken based on AI-generated content.
- Report harmful outputs: If you receive a response that appears harmful, biased, or factually dangerous, use the Flag (🚩) button on the response to report it immediately.
- Data hygiene: Do not include passwords, credit card numbers, national ID numbers, or other sensitive credentials in your messages or uploaded documents.
- Organisational responsibility: If using this platform on behalf of an organisation, ensure all users are informed of these terms.
5. Third-Party AI Processing & Data Confidentiality
Where your data is processed depends on your organisation's deployment edition:
- Your documents stay on the platform: uploaded documents and your organisation's knowledge base are stored on the platform server. They are never bulk-uploaded to any AI provider — only the excerpts needed to answer each question are included in AI requests.
- Cloud deployments: each AI request transmits your message, conversation context, and the most relevant excerpts of your organisation's documents to Anthropic's Claude API for inference (anthropic.com/privacy). This applies to chat turns and AI-assist features (e.g. document analysis, conversation memory). Short text excerpts are also sent to Voyage AI to power semantic search. Both operate under commercial API terms and data processing agreements; your data is not used to train their models and is never made public.
- Optional cloud OCR: only where your administrator enables the Azure Document Intelligence provider, scanned document images are transmitted to Microsoft Azure for text extraction; otherwise OCR runs locally on the platform server.
- On-premises editions: the resilient and airgapped editions run AI inference on local models inside your organisation's own infrastructure. The airgapped edition transmits no data to any external AI provider; the resilient edition contacts Anthropic only for individual requests where your administrators have enabled cloud escalation.
Do not include information you are not authorised to share with third-party processors.
6. Human Oversight Commitment
Triangulum maintains human oversight of this AI system in accordance with ISO/IEC 42001:2023. All flagged responses are reviewed by our team within 24 hours. For urgent concerns, contact: ai-safety@triangulumworld.com
7. Liability Limitation
Triangulum and its affiliates accept no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs without independent professional validation. This platform is a decision-support tool, not a decision-making system.

- التحيز وعدم الكمال: قد تعكس النماذج تحيزات موجودة في بيانات تدريبها. قيّم المخرجات بعين ناقدة.
3. سياسة الاستخدام المقبول
توافق على استخدام هذه المنصة للأغراض المهنية المشروعة فقط. يُحظر تماماً:
- محاولة التلاعب بالذكاء الاصطناعي أو كسر قيوده أو تجاوز ضوابط الأمان
- استخدام المخرجات لخداع الغير أو الاحتيال عليهم أو تضليلهم
- إرسال محتوى غير قانوني أو ضار أو تمييزي أو منتهك لحقوق الغير
- رفع مستندات تحوي بيانات شخصية لأطراف ثالثة دون موافقتهم
- استخدام المخرجات بديلاً عن خدمات مهنية منظَّمة دون تحقق مستقل
- محاولة استخراج بيانات التدريب أو الهندسة العكسية للنماذج أو المساس بأمن المنصة
4. مسؤوليات المستخدم
- تحقّق من جميع المخرجات: أنت مسؤول عن مراجعة أي إجراء يُتخذ بناءً على محتوى مولَّد بالذكاء الاصطناعي والتحقق منه وتحمّل مسؤوليته.
- أبلغ عن المخرجات الضارة: إذا تلقيت رداً يبدو ضاراً أو متحيزاً أو خاطئاً بشكل خطير، فاستخدم زر الإبلاغ (🚩) على الرد فوراً.
- نظافة البيانات: لا تُدخل كلمات مرور أو أرقام بطاقات ائتمان أو أرقام هوية وطنية أو بيانات اعتماد حساسة في رسائلك أو مستنداتك المرفوعة.
- المسؤولية المؤسسية: إذا كنت تستخدم المنصة باسم منظمة، فتأكد من إطلاع جميع المستخدمين على هذه الشروط.
5. المعالجة لدى أطراف ثالثة وسرية البيانات
يعتمد مكان معالجة بياناتك على إصدار النشر لدى منظمتك:
- مستنداتك تبقى على المنصة: تُخزَّن المستندات المرفوعة وقاعدة معرفة منظمتك على خادم المنصة، ولا تُرفع بكاملها أبداً إلى أي مزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي — تُضمَّن في الطلبات فقط المقتطفات اللازمة للإجابة عن كل سؤال.
- النشر السحابي: يُرسل كل طلب ذكاء اصطناعي رسالتك وسياق المحادثة وأكثر مقتطفات مستندات منظمتك صلةً إلى واجهة Claude API لدى Anthropic للمعالجة (anthropic.com/privacy). ينطبق ذلك على المحادثات وميزات المساعدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي (مثل تحليل المستندات وذاكرة المحادثة). كما تُرسل مقتطفات نصية قصيرة إلى Voyage AI لتشغيل البحث الدلالي. يعمل كلاهما وفق شروط تجارية واتفاقيات معالجة بيانات؛ لا تُستخدم بياناتك لتدريب نماذجهم ولا تُنشر علناً.
- تعرّف ضوئي سحابي اختياري: فقط عندما يفعّل مشرف منظمتك مزوّد Azure Document Intelligence، تُرسل صور المستندات الممسوحة ضوئياً إلى Microsoft Azure لاستخراج النص؛ وإلا فيُنفَّذ التعرف الضوئي محلياً على خادم المنصة.
- الإصدارات المحلية: يعمل الإصداران "المرن" و"المعزول" بنماذج ذكاء اصطناعي محلية داخل البنية التحتية لمنظمتك. الإصدار المعزول لا يرسل أي بيانات إلى أي مزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي خارجي؛ والإصدار المرن لا يتصل بـ Anthropic إلا للطلبات التي فعّل مشرفوك تصعيدها سحابياً.
لا تُدرج معلومات لست مخوَّلاً بمشاركتها مع معالجات خارجية.
6. التزام الإشراف البشري

7. حدود المسؤولية

1. Data Controller
Triangulum ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller responsible for your personal data processed through this platform. By using Triangulum, you acknowledge this notice in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ISO/IEC 27001, and applicable local data protection laws.
2. Personal Data We Collect
- Account data: username, email address, password (hashed), full name, organisation, job title
- Contact data: mobile number, WhatsApp number, office number, secondary email
- Profile data: profile picture (optional), subscription package and billing history
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, login timestamps, session identifiers
- Usage data: chat interactions, selected AI advisors, conversation history stored for session continuity
3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): providing the AI advisory service, managing your subscription, processing payments
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): platform security, fraud prevention, system diagnostics, service improvement
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): sending marketing communications and renewal reminders — withdrawable at any time
4. Data Retention
- Account data: retained for the duration of your subscription plus 3 years for legal compliance
- Chat history: retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of account closure
- Login session data: retained for 90 days for security audit purposes
- Payment records: retained for 7 years per financial regulations
5. Your Rights Under GDPR
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access (Art. 15): request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
- Right to rectification (Art. 16): correct inaccurate or incomplete data via your profile settings
- Right to erasure (Art. 17): request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention obligations
- Right to data portability (Art. 20): receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Right to restrict processing (Art. 18): request we limit how we use your data
- Right to object (Art. 21): object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing
- Right to withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties
- Anthropic Claude API (cloud deployments): each AI request transmits your message, conversation context, and the most relevant excerpts of your organisation's knowledge-base documents to Anthropic for inference, under Anthropic's privacy policy and applicable data processing agreements. Your data is not used to train Anthropic's models. Documents are never bulk-uploaded — only the excerpts needed to answer each question are included in requests.
- Voyage AI (cloud deployments): short text excerpts of documents and queries are transmitted to Voyage AI to compute the semantic-search index used to find relevant material, under commercial API terms and data processing agreements.
- Microsoft Azure (optional cloud OCR): only where your administrator enables the Azure Document Intelligence provider, scanned document images are sent to Azure for text extraction; otherwise OCR runs locally on the platform server.
- On-premises editions: the resilient and airgapped editions run AI inference on local models within your organisation's own infrastructure. The airgapped edition transmits no data to any external AI provider; the resilient edition contacts Anthropic only for administrator-enabled escalations.
- Payment processors: payment data is handled by our payment gateway partner and is never stored on our servers
- Email service: we use a third-party SMTP provider to deliver transactional emails
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes
7. Security Measures (ISO/IEC 27001)
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with salt rounds — never stored in plain text
- All data transmission uses TLS 1.2+ encryption
- Authentication uses short-lived JWT tokens; session tracking enables anomaly detection
- Database access is restricted to application-layer only; no direct external exposure
- Regular security reviews and access control audits are performed
8. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your jurisdiction. Where transfers occur outside the EEA, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
9. Cookies and Tracking
This platform uses only essential session storage (localStorage) to maintain your login state. No third-party tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers are used.
10. Advisory Role and Client Responsibility
TIP / Triangulum is an advisory platform: it screens, classifies, routes, and drafts analysis — including sanctions and watchlist screening results. It does not render compliance decisions, certify compliance, or file regulatory reports. The final decision — and responsibility for it — rests with the client institution and its licensed compliance officers. Screening outputs are point-in-time records derived from third-party list data and must be independently verified before any adverse action is taken against a person or entity.
11. Changes to This Notice
We may update this notice periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email and will require re-confirmation. The version date at the top of this document indicates when it was last revised.

4. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

- Voyage AI (النشر السحابي): تُرسل مقتطفات نصية قصيرة من المستندات والاستعلامات إلى Voyage AI لبناء فهرس البحث الدلالي المستخدم للعثور على المواد ذات الصلة، وفق شروط تجارية واتفاقيات معالجة بيانات.
- Microsoft Azure (تعرّف ضوئي سحابي اختياري): فقط عندما يفعّل مشرف منظمتك مزوّد Azure Document Intelligence، تُرسل صور المستندات الممسوحة ضوئياً إلى Azure لاستخراج النص؛ وإلا فيُنفَّذ التعرف الضوئي محلياً على خادم المنصة.

- لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية أو نؤجرها أو نتاجر بها لأغراض تسويقية
7. التدابير الأمنية (ISO/IEC 27001)
- كلمات المرور مشفّرة بخوارزمية bcrypt — لا تُخزَّن نصاً صريحاً أبداً
- جميع عمليات نقل البيانات عبر تشفير TLS 1.2+
- المصادقة برموز JWT قصيرة العمر؛ وتتبّع الجلسات يتيح اكتشاف الشذوذ
- الوصول إلى قاعدة البيانات مقصور على طبقة التطبيق فقط؛ دون أي كشف خارجي مباشر
- تُجرى مراجعات أمنية وتدقيقات دورية لصلاحيات الوصول
8. نقل البيانات دولياً
قد تُعالج بياناتك في دول خارج نطاق اختصاصك القضائي. وحيثما جرى النقل خارج المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية، نضمن وجود ضمانات كافية بما فيها البنود التعاقدية القياسية (SCCs) المعتمدة من المفوضية الأوروبية.
9. ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتتبع
تستخدم هذه المنصة تخزين الجلسة الأساسي فقط (localStorage) للحفاظ على حالة تسجيل الدخول. لا توجد ملفات تتبع لأطراف ثالثة ولا نصوص تحليلات ولا متتبعات إعلانية.
10. الدور الاستشاري ومسؤولية العميل
منصة TIP / ترايانغولوم منصة استشارية: تقوم بالفحص والتصنيف والتوجيه وإعداد مسودات التحليل — بما في ذلك نتائج فحص العقوبات وقوائم المراقبة. ولا تصدر قرارات امتثال ولا تشهد بالامتثال ولا تقدم بلاغات تنظيمية. القرار النهائي — والمسؤولية عنه — يقعان على عاتق المؤسسة العميلة وموظفي الامتثال المرخصين لديها. مخرجات الفحص سجلات لحظية مستمدة من بيانات قوائم أطراف ثالثة ويجب التحقق منها بشكل مستقل قبل اتخاذ أي إجراء سلبي بحق أي شخص أو كيان.
